The second installment in a series about friction stir welded aluminum concrete form panels. It pretty amazing technology that allows 6061 T6 aluminum extrusions can be fused into one piece such that you can't feel the seam. They do it on space craft, why not on concrete form panels.

Friction Stir welded panels are unique to Badger Forms. This method of manufacturing results in an incredibly durable aluminum concrete form. Check out the 8-8 hole pattern forms below. They are not show panels, they are straight off the pallet just delivered to the customer.
