I showed pictures of this house already, but I wanted to share the evolution of the project.
My client wanted a replica of his family home that was located in a remote rural area within the comfort and convenience of the city AND modern interior features!
Pictured here is the inspiration house, the 3d model I created to produce construction documents, & a photo of the completed new house!
Of course design elements get modified all throughout the process of design AND construction, but I do think we paid a great homage to that beloved historic home.

The Wynndy Hill project turned out to be the ultimate lake house!

This plantation home may look established in time from the outside, but inside the layout meets the needs of the modern family. My client wanted a replica of their family plantation from generations past with the conveniences of being in town and the open concept plan everyone loves.
