As members of the Alabama Coroner’s Association we have tirelessly lobbied to update our 1800’s era coroner’s laws; while we’ve not had success yet, it’s nice to see some states are moving forward and hopefully this type of publicity will help us convince our legislators that we aren’t crazy for wanting to move past the 1800’s
