MIRIT Construction is looking for an experience Industrial/Residential Sales Representative for its Louisiana Region.

MIRIT's services include new construction, remodeling and repair, roofing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, inspection, and property management.

Responsibilities:
Manage sales territory covering Louisiana.
Focus on improving and developing sales revenue and margin with existing and new customers.
Build market recognition and customer base within territory.
Provide feedback to the region on the market situation and work with other sales/regional managers to develop national accounts.
Offer, follow up, negotiate and close business within the assigned territory
Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer staff.
Responsible for the timely preparation of quotations and proposals.
Provide weekly activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationships.

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal with individuals at all levels in an organization.
Correspond and verbally communicate in a professional manner with customers.
Must be able to travel extensively
Reside near a major city within the territory preferred.
