This seems to be the overall assumption with people searching for homes these days. Although there is some reality to this sentiment, there are also many creative options available to home buyers that you may not be aware of.
In addition, a new law just went into effect where mortgage companies are now allowing a renters history to affect their chances of approval for a loan.

So when looking for a new home, change your mindset to “how can I afford this”, instead of “I can’t afford that”, to make your dreams a reality.

“Just the facts ma’am”

No more Mr Nice Guy awards. I personally think there is so much more than the final number on buying a home, but apparently Oregon doesn’t think so.
I understand it’s a fair housing issue, but at the heart of things, we are human beings who all have stories which bring us to this present moment of where we are in this world.
The world is already progressing towards rapidly wiping out the human element of exchanges. Some for the better for sure, but a home purchase is what molds a person into who they become, the neighborhood you live in, the neighbors you have and the many experiences you will have.
These people and experiences can contribute greatly to how the neighborhood evolves, not just the numbers.
