On this week's menu:
Pasilla Pumpkin (VEGAN): $16/half dozen
Slow-roasted pumpkin, seasoned with our smoky cumin-pasilla salt for the perfect blend of sweetness, smoke and spice

Pork Barbacoa (NON-VEGAN): $16/half dozen
Chile-rubbed pork shoulder, grilled then slow roasted over night til tender. Tossed with pasilla salsa

Roasted Pasilla Salsa: $6/half pint
This fire-roasted pasilla salsa has the perfect amount of heat for everything from tamales to tacos to eggs. Includes a blend of roasted fresh chilies and toasted dried chilies. Grab some chips because this is about to be your new favorite salsa!
