Chapman University student Madee Sabatier doesn't miss a gym day- as a matter of fact, she hits the gym EVERY day!
When it comes to sticking to her routine, Sabatier says the following:
“Exercising is something that is a priority for me… If someone wants to hang out with me in the morning, I always tell them 'after I workout,' ...it's something that I really need to do every single day, because it sets me up for success."

This week, I am exploring the mental health resources made available for students Chapman University . My search has brought me to Chapman Inner Peace Club, a student-run organization dedicated to mindfulness and meditation practices.
Club president Reagan Cisar (pictured below) is an advocate for such practices, after seeing how they could transform her own mental health, helping her manage stress and life's difficulties. During our interview, she shared the following with me:
" I experienced very severe mental health issues, for quite a long time....Now that I’ve found a way to cope in a healthy and constructive way, I really just want to share that with people. And I want people to know that it is possible."
