We couldn’t be more proud of our GDG team and the way their hard work truly pays off.

This year marked several well-deserved promotions, each reflecting growth, leadership, and dedication:

✨ Thomas was promoted to Senior Project Manager and has done an exceptional job collaborating with engineering firms and vendors while helping expand our client portfolio through strong relationships and thoughtful project leadership.

✨ Frances, our Project Manager, continues to do an outstanding job managing the Northern California office while supporting a growing team. Her leadership and dedication have been instrumental to our success—and we’re proud to soon call her a licensed architect!

✨ Leesa, promoted earlier this year to Senior Project Coordinator, is our HCAI ninja. She has mastered the balance of driving project progress while meeting complex HCAI requirements, consistently hitting benchmarks for successful project delivery.

✨ Brett has done an excellent job supporting our drafting needs as Architectural Drafter III while also assisting Frances and the Northern team with on-site job walks. With a future Job Captain role on the horizon, his growth has been exciting to watch.

At GDG, we work hard to create a safe and supportive place to grow—both personally and professionally. Cheers to our team and to continued growth ahead. We look forward to even more promotions in 2026! 🥂✨

What a great way to kick off the holiday season! 🎄✨

Kisha and Virginia from GDG Healthcare Architects had a wonderful time at the AIA LA Healthcare Committee Annual Holiday Party & Fundraiser hosted at ARUP. All proceeds from the event support Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) – Holidays From the Heart, a program that brings joy to families in need during the holiday season. ❤️

A huge thank you to Eric Halm with CDG Builders for their generous donation, and to Mo Goudarzi for bringing unmatched energy to the live auction — including auctioning off the Christmas suit right off his own back! 🎁😂

What a fabulous evening spent with our GDG Team — including our amazing NorCal Crew — gathered together in the private cellar at Gabbi’s Mexican Kitchen. Nights like these remind us how fortunate we are to work with such talented, genuine, and supportive group of people.

We’re equally grateful to have special local gems like Gabbi’s just steps away from our Orange office.
