Things found in old books is a weekly segment where we show you curious ephemera that we’ve discovered while processing used books. This week’s Things Found in Old Books features
Three things found in old books: a William Castle “Ghost Viewer” from 13 Ghosts, a 1950 Saskatchewan refugee photograph tied directly to a postwar immigration history, and a Philadelphia automat matchcover tucked inside a murder paperback. We are a general used bookstore in Orange California. We opened the doors in 1990.
