What a fantastic evening at WiscoREIA Green Bay!

Last night's Summer Cookout was the perfect reminder that some of the best opportunities in real estate don't happen in a classroom—they happen through conversations.

It was great to see so many new and familiar faces come together to enjoy great food, make new connections, reconnect with fellow investors, and share ideas, experiences, and opportunities. Whether you were attending your first WiscoREIA event or you've been part of the community for years, it was an evening filled with meaningful conversations and genuine relationships.

We had a great turnout last night at our Milwaukee WiscoREIA meeting featuring Bill Twyford!

Bill delivered a powerful presentation packed with actionable strategies for building momentum, creating predictable income, and scaling a real estate business by focusing on the activities that generate real results. He shared insights on working directly with sellers, overcoming objections, finding quality deals, leveraging high-equity partnering opportunities, and positioning yourself for potential shifts in the market.

One of the biggest takeaways was the importance of viewing yourself not simply as someone who buys houses, but as a problem-solver who creates solutions that homeowners are genuinely excited to accept.

Last night, we had the opportunity to learn from Amy Farrow as she delivered an insightful presentation on Mastering Tax Planning for Real Estate Investors.

Amy broke down strategies that can help investors keep more of what they earn, avoid costly mistakes, and make smarter decisions throughout the year—not just at tax time. From understanding deductions and entity structures to long-term planning strategies, attendees walked away with practical knowledge they can immediately apply to their investing businesses.
