Ingrid Cruz, MSW, is a bilingual Medical and Behavioral Health Case Manager with extensive experience helping individuals and families navigate complex healthcare, behavioral health, and social service systems. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and is committed to improving the well-being and quality of life of vulnerable populations through advocacy, care coordination, and person-centered support.
Throughout her career, Ingrid has worked with adults, older adults, children, and families facing mental health conditions, chronic medical illnesses, disabilities, and socioeconomic challenges. Her expertise includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized service plans, coordinating care among healthcare providers, facilitating access to community resources, and supporting clients in achieving their health and wellness goals.

Ivelisse Aldea was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Florida in 2011. She is happily married, the mother of four children, and the proud grandmother of two grandchildren.

As the Administrative Coordinator at Constellation Support Services, with extensive experience as a Health Information Specialist, she brings more than 20 years of expertise in billing, administration, health information management, and customer service. She is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, contributing to the efficient operation of the organization while supporting the well-being of those it serves.

Her faith and family are the foundation of her life and inspire her to serve with integrity, compassion, and dedication in both her professional and community roles. She firmly believes in the power of empathy, respect, and mutual support to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Her passion for helping others and her commitment to service make her a valued member of the Constellation Support Services team.
