Don't you feel we gotta get kids moving and loving movement? TOO MUCH VIDEO GAMING and this is my community solution to help.

I'm a master instructor I've have taught over 10,000 hours I'm an Exercise Physiologist so this is really second nature to me so I decided I can spare 1-2 hours a week to bring this to our schools in Delray/Boca area.

Ages 6-12 is the norm for this class and its just so fun!
