📌📌📌We coordinate the process, the follow up with sales consultant the inspections (I always advise my clients to hire a third party inspector) we make sure all issues are addressed and we just pretty much make the process smother for our clients.

📌📌📌That will only lower your payment $80-$160 monthly, if you use the same $20,000 to buy down points and lower your interest rates, then now your monthly payment can go $300-$400 less and That’s one or two weeks groceries for you!

Fun time in Baldwin Park in Orlando. A great neighborhood where to live and close to downtown but it’s has a feel like it’s a city its own. For those who don’t know Orlando is called the City Beautiful or also called the Greater Orlando. It’s a large city but almost every neighborhood has its own “downtown area” and a community life that would make you feel like you’re leaving different vibes every weekend. On a commute of max 30 min to 1h you can go from one part of the city outskirts to the other. There are many festivals and events and lots of things to do in each and all of these. Sometimes we go to Winter Garden downtown and it’s wonderful old looking but great maintained downtown vibe. Sometimes we go to Sanford and the wonderful lake walk. Sometimes in Avalon Park and art festivals and food truck. And sometimes we just stay put in our area or go to Disney Parks or attraction. As locals we prefer non tourist areas as there’s always something to do. Average home price is about $375,000-450,000 in good neighborhoods. Lakes everywhere and boats activities. Seminole schools are great (Oviedo, Lake Mary, Tuscawilla, Winter Springs,Maitland) but not only, also Orange (Windermere, winter garden, winter park, Dr Philips, East Orange schools).
Safer from hurricanes and you can reach 1h east side beaches and 2h more west side beaches. We love to staycation. There are daily resort passes for residents that would make you feel like you’re in a different city.
Traffic west side is busier than North or East. But once you move here you’ll know all the “trick” to beat it.
