πΊπΈ Supreme Court Upholds Birthright Citizenship
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that children born in the United States continue to be U.S. citizens under the Fourteenth Amendment, rejecting President Trump's executive order that sought to limit birthright citizenship.
What does this mean?
β
Children born in the U.S. to asylum seekers remain U.S. citizens.
β
Children born in the U.S. to undocumented parents remain U.S. citizens.
β
Children born in the U.S. to parents on temporary visas remain U.S. citizens.
This ruling preserves the long standing interpretation of birthright citizenship under the Fourteenth Amendment.
Every immigration case is unique. If you have questions about your immigration options, we're here to help.

π Immigration Update | May 22, 2026
USCIS released a new policy memo that may change how green card applications from within the United States are evaluated.
If you or someone you know is in the U.S. on a tourist, student, or temporary work visa, this update is important to understand before making any decisions about your immigration journey.
Key takeaways from the memo:
β Applying through a U.S. consulate abroad may become the standard process for many applicants
β Adjustment of status from within the U.S. may be limited to extraordinary circumstances
β Every case is different and outcomes depend on individual immigration history
This is a policy memo, not a new law. How it affects you will depend on your specific situation.
Staying informed is one of the most important steps you can take. Follow us for immigration updates explained in plain language.
