I am so bad at posting things I have been working on! here are a few of the goodies I have been making lately.
I just made the most delicious Southern Caramel cake ever! Fluffy yellow cake with oooey gooey caramel soaked in it, covered in a thick, rich, caramel frosting. Everything, including the caramel filling is made from scratch. So many sticks of butter, so much brown sugar. I love making these kinds of cakes, not fancy but so delicious. Will post a pic when we cut it.
