As we recognize World Environment Day today, we're proud to reaffirm UES's commitment to protecting the environment and minimizing our impact on the planet.

Through our work together at UES, we can be proud that we make a very direct and visible impact on our environment, creating a sustainable future through innovation and stewardship. From development to redevelopment, we support planning, design, and construction projects to solve complex environmental challenges through our full range of assessment, analysis, and remediation services.

As a part of these efforts, we’ve continued our commitment to corporate sustainability by renewing our Edenark Group ISO 14001 Environmental Sustainability Certification through 2026 for our corporate headquarters in Orlando, Florida.

The Edenark Group ISO 14001 program allows companies to progressively improve at a pace that works for their specific needs, helps the organization define how it interacts internally, externally, and with the environment. It incorporates energy/waste/water, employee health and performance enhancement, community involvement, procurement and suppliers, compliance and regulations, emergency/security, and stakeholder engagement.

At UES we are proud of the efforts we are taking to minimize impacts on the environment.

Our Orlando offices came together at the end of April to participate in the AdventHealth Corporate 5k, showing up with energy and plenty of team spirit.

From those running the course to those supporting behind the scenes, it was a great opportunity to connect outside of the workday and represent Team UES in the community.

As Construction Safety Week comes to a close, we want to thank our team members across all regions for your participation in trainings, safety standdowns, and team-building activities throughout the week.

Your engagement brought this year’s theme, All In Together: Recognize, Respond, Respect, to life and reinforced the shared commitment we have to keeping one another safe every day.
