We require no previous rowing experience. Not every sport can make this offer!

​We offer rowing programs for youth ages 12 and up from any public, or private school in the Central Florida Area.

Our Mission

Lake Brantley Rowing Association's mission is to inspire Leadership, Devotion, Determination, Teamwork, and a Desire to be the best. These elements combine here to inspire athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the water.​

We provide opportunities for instruction, training, and competition in the sport of rowing to middle and high school students in Seminole and Orange County. Lake Brantley Rowing Association strives to provide a comprehensive training program in order to strengthen its student-athletes’ personal development. It is the team’s goal to foster a sense of team spirit while helping athletes develop both physical and mental strength and broaden their horizons as they learn to trust and support teammates while establishing their own sense of confidence and commitment. ​

Crew is the ultimate team sport. Those who stay with the sport generally remember it as a highlight in their lives. Crew is a lifelong sport with participants who row well into their seventies at masters regattas held throughout the country.​

As a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization, we believe in the importance of investing in our community. LBRA engages in a number of outreach activities designed to promote the sport of rowing and to give back to our community. LBRA is always working on new ways to bring rowing to the community and bring the community together.
