Burying cable for CenturyLink 1 foot deep. Under driveways. Sidewalks. Roads. Roots. Biggest part of the job is digging holes and slamming a 40 lb spade all day. Cant be scared to get dirty. Ability to take directions and follow them out. Some jobs may require you to lay on your stomach or be on your knees in order to feed wire through conduit. We also connect the wire as well so at some point you'll be required to learn the connecting and proper stripping of the wire. Restoration of the job is a big deal. Try to make it look like we were never there by the time we're finished. We as subcontractors are liable for any damages we cause to anyones property. so dig and work with CAUTION. Helpers should expect to work 8 to 10 hour days plus drive time . Cold water is provided daily. Must be reliable , hardworking and able to show up on time as well as being able to handle Florida's heat. Paid every Friday via check . We work Deltona/ oviedo /winter park/mt dora/leesburg areas/apopka/Eustis/umatilla

If you have experience you can go out on your own with your own tools and crew and be making pay by the foot. If you have no experience you'll have to train as a helper and take pay by the day til proper experience is met in order to run your own crew.

Helpers get $120 to $180 a day based on performance /production/ experience

Crew leader( Running your own crew) is paid by the foot so the more you work the more you make. you'd be responsible to find your own employees.
