As we approach the one-year anniversary of our first active franchise agency in the Stratos Jets network, we would like to reflect on the blessings and growth that we’ve experienced. We have grown to 15 franchise agencies, more than 200 franchise inquiries, and a national network built with purpose. ✈️

Perhaps the most important milestone isn't how quickly we grew. It's that we intentionally paused at 15 agencies to focus on training, support, and responsible scaling. Building a better model requires discipline, not just growth.
