Chè Bắp - Vietnamese corn pudding

My favorite Viet dessert. Made with either mini tapioca balls or sweet sticky rice, mine is with rice and a touch of pandan since I loooooove pandan! Usually it is topped with a thick coconut sauce, but I mixed it altogether so I didn’t have to take care of them separately lol.

Late post for the auction event for my elementary school. It was great to see all my 6th grade teachers and some old classmates.

Had a busy weekend... best thing about doing this is when you get to be a part of the celebration for an old friend.
