How to be an active candidate in the financial market:

Your CV is highlighting you! Use it to get the jobs you want, rather than jobs you have previously done. Really sell yourself, look at the challenges you have faced and express the actions you took to achieve the desired result.

Though there's a lot of uncertainty surrounding the economy, there are some areas which are growing so target those areas actively.

Join groups on LinkedIn. This way of networking during Covid-19 allows you to keep up to date with those in your field and allows you to make new connections. Be active, not passive in this job market.

Apply for jobs, but the right jobs. It is better to apply for the right jobs rather than a vague net wide search that is not specific to your CV.
