How I coach it:

Assess your starting point: photos, measurements, estimated body-fat %.

Prioritize: if BF% is high, cut first; if it’s in range, move to a small surplus.

Train with intent: strong basics + progressive overload + the right volume.

Fuel & recover: protein, fiber, hydration, sleep.

Be patient: muscle grows slowly—no express shipping 😅
