Giving back to the next generation of CRE makes my heart happy ❤️.
At our recent UCREW project tour of we had the opportunity to give university students a sneak peak at the behind the scenes of creating Hamlin House. We learned how the project came together, from an idea that evolved throughout the process, to design changes, and vendor hiccups. This was such a fun project to tour.
I also had the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life 😂 their Chef is the real deal. I want to take pickleball lessons and get a membership just for the cookies. Yeah.
These university students will give you hope for the next generation. So inquisitive, curious, engaging and eager to learn.
Looking forward to next year’s tour!
Discipline > Motivation
It’s something I talk about with my team allll the time. Discipline is a muscle you must continue to use. It’s easy to fall back into old habits, but as your discipline muscle grows, it bleeds into every other area of your life. Something as simple as working out changed my life in my early 20’s, but it’s something I continue to work on in my mid 30’s. Progress over perfection always.
