Happy Birthday to the United States Navy Reserve! ⚓

Established on March 3, 1915, the Navy Reserve has proudly supported and defended our nation for over a century. From active deployments to critical support roles at home, Reserve Sailors stand ready to serve whenever duty calls.

Thank you to all who have worn the uniform and continue to uphold the Navy’s legacy of honor, courage, and commitment.

Every year at AVT, we host a Chili Cook-Off, and this year was no exception!

The weather was great, and the food was even better. Everyone had an amazing time, and since it was a cooking competition, there was of course a vote to decide the winners! With two categories spicy and mild, thank you to all the participants who put time and effort into making their dishes.

As with any competition, congratulations to all the winners! We’re already excited to see what everyone brings next year!
