Tis’ the season! As we enter the Fall season with cooler temperatures, now would be a great time to inspect your attic space (work safely!). The most common defect that I encounter during an inspection is the degradation of vent seals. This is a relatively cheap repair and the vent seal tape can be purchased at your local hardware store.
