Founded in 2001 as a civic leadership development program, carriemeekfndn works with emerging community leaders who are driving efforts to equitable access and opportunities for residents in the education, health, housing and economic development spaces.

Founded and run by black business professionals to lift up their communities and push racial equality, Kidz Count helps kids in marginalized and disadvantaged communities learn how to create generational wealth and manage their finances responsibly in order to break the cycle of poverty.

Up next, is City of Lauderhill with their "Civic Engagement" approach to assist to 🌱 and thrive. City staff & industry experts teach free, online self-paced courses, provide expert mentoring opportunities, and grant small business micro loans.

Our final pitch of the day, with their Humanize Health App, an app that supports caregivers from vulnerable communities by improving outcomes and reducing costs to the benefit of communities and the broader healthcare system.
