Today’s closing was extra special to me not only because my client is a dear friend of mine but also because today marked my 12th closing in my 1st year of Real Estate.

It’s been almost 1 year since I started my real estate career and last August when I joined eXp Realty I set a goal for myself to complete 12 closings in my first year and I was hopeful to become a capping agent. Today was my 12th closing putting me over $3 million in sales in my first year and I’m proud to say that I capped with the company putting me at 100% commission back in May. I’m so thankful to my amazing clients and friends who have supported me along the way along with my amazing team leader and mentor, and her husband Josh for all they have done to help me developed my skill set.
