Closing Day!!!
This has truely been a labor of love!!
I met my client in 2018 as a rental client. Ive put him in 2 different apartments. Watched him change jobs and get married.
We talked about the rising cost of rent and how it was time to buy. We started looking at homes then decided new construction was the way to go. We looked at different builders. Then put a hold on everything because of a change in jobs.
Well we hung in there!!! and now starts a new chapter. I have to thank Billy Wood and Gustavo for allow me to be apart of your journey!! The best is yet to come congratulations you two!!!
