We made 13 loaves of bread today!! We have 9 rustic sourdoughs and 4 buttery, white sandwich bread!

Cookie trials! This was a strawberry lemonade cookie with fresh lemon zest and fresh dried strawberries in the buttercream! 🤌🏻☺️

No two breads are exactly alike! They can all be cut from the same batch, handled, and baked the same way, and still turn out with totally different appearances!

Proofing time for these little bread babies! ❤️

These weeks menu will feature the basics!

We will have our usual sourdough loaves:
Large - $10
Medium - $7
Small - $4

Plain bagels - $6 for 6 for $10 for 12

Hamburger buns - 8 pack for $5

Sub rolls - 6 pack for $5

White Sandwich bread - $5

Also - we will be closed for vacation on 6/8! After vacation we will most likely change the shed day to Saturdays and Sundays for the summer!

Due to a slower turnout today than expected, we will also be open tomorrow at 6am! We still have plenty of cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, cookies and a few loaves of bread left!
