In the last 18 hours.... 🄳🄳🄳 But I want to share a little "behind the scenes" on what actually happened.

Because this is amazing on social media! But dang can social media cover up so much and skew the reality.

The home on the left, 6113 Sioux Trail, these buyers toured a few weeks ago. They were about to make an offer then got cold feet because the septic tank is under the sunroom. They couldn't get passed that mentally and made an offer on a different home. We had other showings and a few other buyers commented about concerns with the septic location. So we decided to get a septic inspection to show buyers it's working properly. The buyers that went with a different home, that contract fell a part and they came back to Sioux Trails. After 3 days of being in negotiations, we are under contract!

The home in the middle, 176 Buckingham Dr, these buyers toured this home two different times. They narrowed it down to our home and one other. There was a lot of communication with the other agent before they were ready to make an offer. Negotiations went great and we are under contract!

And the home on the right, 30364 Rapids Hollow, these buyers are thorough and detailed. New construction is a totally different animals and the level of clarification needed is insane. After 3 weeks, 5 tours of this home, conference calls, and countless texts, we got this under contract!

When you hire your listing agent, make sure they are going to fight for your home and stay in contact with the buyer agents.
