🎄 Merry Christmas from ShearGenius !🎄

As this season comes to a close, I want to take a moment to say thank you so much!🩷

ShearGenius has called this building home for alittle over 8 incredible years, and I’ve been so lucky to do what I love for over 10 years here at the lake.

While ShearGenius will no longer be the main business moving forward, I'll still be here for a little while longer during this transition. This chapter marks a shift,not an ending,and I’m truly excited for what’s ahead and the new opportunities the future holds.

✨ For those wondering about scheduling:
I, Sara, will be back starting Friday, January 9th, and will be here every other Friday until further notice.

This space has been more than a salon it’s been a place of growth, connection, laughter, and unforgettable memories. To every client who sat in my chair, supported ShearGenius, and became part of this journey… thank you from the bottom of my heart. None of this would have been possible without you.

Big news and even bigger emotions over here. ❤️
Starting next month, my talented stylist (and honestly, one of my favorite humans) Kaylee Wilson with Kaylee. Did My Hair will be taking over the salon space as the new owner. Watching her grow into this role has been such a gift, and I couldn’t be more proud of her.

Before anything else, I want to speak directly to my clients. For the last 8 years in this building, and for some of you over 10 whole years of service, you have shown me more love, support, trust, and encouragement than I could ever put into words.You’ve sat in my chair during your best days, your hardest days, your in-betweens, and you’ve let me be part of all of it. You helped me build a career I’m proud of and a life I’m grateful for. My family, too, has felt that support through every late night, early morning, and every season that came with this dream. Thank you for loving me through this journey and allowing me to do what I love for so long.

I’ll still be here behind the chair for a little while longer, every other Friday starting January 9th, as I slowly transition into the next chapter of my life. It’s a big shift, and yes, I’ve already cried more times than I’ll ever admit. 😅

Kaylee, congratulations. You have worked so hard for this, and no one deserves this opportunity more than you. Thank you for loving this salon and our clients the way you do. Here’s to new beginnings, full hearts, and all the beautiful things ahead. ✂️🩵✨
