FCCLA had the opportunity to cater for a family reunion in Tipton today! The family was celebrating their German heritage, and we fixed them up with German food: Hanchen-Schnitzel, Speckbohnen, and Bratkartoffeln along with rolls, salad, and dessert. I was so busy, I forgot to take good pictures, but here are a few I managed to get.

FCCLA week started out with several contests! Congratulations Mindy Miller for posting a response to yesterday’s question! You won a $15 gift card to your business of choice. Congrats to Gabe, Carter, Trinity Holloway, Teagan, Haden, Jordy Lewis, Jordy Flores, Allison Woolley, and Mason for finding the blue stars hidden around school yesterday! Today’s FCCLA theme is Influence Beyond Measure. Think about those people who have influenced your life! Your life would not be what it is without the positive influence of others. As you influence beyond measure, think of the legacy you want to leave! For today’s contest, post or drop a line by Mrs. Knoll’s room about someone who has influenced you beyond measure!
