One year ago, The Caffeinated Clean was born. An idea of sharing my passion for simplistic homes, organized spaces, and all clean everything.

This space + community has become a safe haven for me—where I feel more like myself than any other place, and I’m so lucky to be able to share that space with you all.

For people who have a dream or a passion for something. You need to take the leap and do it. Find your purpose. Because it is too damn good ✨

Year one was sweet, but I have a feeling that big things are in store for year ✌🏼

Listening to on this week couldn’t have came at a better time.

I was (and still am) feeling burned out. Their message on the toxic time messages hit home, hard.

On the podcast, Eve shared that truly, we as a society do not value women’s time at all.

She speaks on a time where she and a group of badass powerful women were called home by partners + husbands and their girl time together was cut short, shortly after it started. She said, we didn’t say “my time is valuable, you can’t infringe on it, we deserve an uninterrupted day for friendships and civic engagements.”

Speak up. Our time is valuable. It is important. We need breaks. We need connections. We deserve more.
