The Ossining Public Library

If you've ever been involved with a construction project, or done any improvements at home, you are not going to be shocked at the following sentence: our installation of RTU-6 has hit some delays.

Due to these snags, we need to close for the day.

On Wednesday, June 10th, the Library will be closed.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We will see you tomorrow at 9am.

The 2026 World Cup is one week away and we cannot wait! 48 teams from different countries are coming to the USA, Mexico, and Canada to win the biggest prize in soccer! To celebrate this occasion, we will be showing some of the matches in the Budarz Theater! The first match we will show is Mexico vs South Africa!

Para celebrar esta ocasión, ¡mostraremos algunos de los partidos en el Teatro Budarz! ¡El primer partido que mostraremos es México contra Sudáfrica!

We are so excited to announce that our long-awaited rooftop unit (RTU-6!) is in New York, and ready to be installed. Plans are in place for installation to take place on Wednesday, June 10th.

Because this requires a crane and other construction equipment, we are expecting a slight disruption to library services. On June 10th, we'll be opening at 3pm. We thank you for your flexibility and understanding.

We had a great time in our first Poetry Club meeting! It was great to hang out outside in the shade while we ate munchkins and talked about our love for poetry!
