One of the activities our Career Camp participants completed was creating their own Career Ladders!
Each participant chose a career that interested them and mapped out the steps needed to achieve their goal—from education and training to entry-level positions, certifications, and opportunities for career growth. This activity helped participants understand that every career begins with a first step and that success is built through planning, learning, and gaining experience along the way.
Career Ladder activities encourage participants to explore their interests, set goals, and develop a better understanding of the different pathways available to them. We are proud of the creativity and thought our participants put into their projects.
