Struggle builds character! 😮‍💨 Parents are you the one always telling your athlete to go workout? Are you the one telling them they need to get shots up? OR Do the athletes take it upon themselves to make sure they are in the gym? You can tell the kids who truly want it vs the ones that's just playing basketball... You can't expect to get that much better when the only time you're in the gym is when you have to be in there 🤷🏾‍♀️ And parents you can't always think you can protect your athlete from any type of struggle thinking it's helping them! They don't play the mins you want... you want to switch teams... They not playing up in the program.. you want to switch teams Coach gets on to them... you want to talk to the coach...
