We had an insulation inspection this morning. Just as the building inspector was getting into his vehicle to leave, the drywall delivery showed up. The house is loaded with rock and install starts tomorrow.

We recently finished these two bathroom remodels. The client wanted to update these two bathrooms to prepare the house for sale this spring.

This kitchen addition/remodel has had its share of crappy craftsmanship in the past. After framing, the new addition space and then demoing the existing kitchen we found a beam in the ceiling that had been cut away by plumbers in the past leaving a 3 inch sag in the ceiling. Not to mention some roof rafters on an addition that was done in the late 80s using 2 x 6 rafter spanning 20 feet. Well, we got it all taken care of and are now on the fast track to getting some paint on the walls and installing the new cabinetry. Keep an eye out for more progress in the coming weeks.

A master bathroom remodel we finalized a few months ago showcases our expertise. After demolition, we reconfigured the walk-in shower and incorporated space for a soaking tub. The tile work, paint, shower glass, and finishing touches all came together seamlessly.
