Instructions:
cook pearled couscous according to package and cool. Make the dressing in a blender - 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons chopped basil, 1 garlic clove, 1/4 cup olive oil, dash of salt. Combine arugula, couscous and salad dressing.
