After installing numerous direct port systems on Ford Focus RS and ST engines, we have refined our design to be as compact and user-friendly as possible. Our new option features a very minimal billet “Rail” design. Eliminating the need for flared-bent stainless steel hardlines, compression fittings, tube nuts, distribution blocks, NPT union fittings, and AN nozzle holders.

This new billet “Rail” design utilizes and requires an all new O-ring style nozzle holder. With the nozzle holder assemblies installed in the intake manifold. Push the rail down over the injectors and secure it with four stainless steel retaining clips (NOT SHOWN IN PICTURE).

The finished billet aluminum rails will feature radiused edges, ultra-fine matte sandblasted finish to remove all machining marks, black hard-coat anodized, ProMeth logo laser engraved.

After installing countless direct port systems on Chevrolet engines, we sought to refine the design to be as compact and easy to work on as possible. This new option features a minimal footprint, completely eliminates flared-bent stainless steel hardlines, compression fittings, tube nuts, distribution block, NPT union fittings and total elimination of AN nozzle holders.

The new O-ring style nozzle holder allows users to push the rail down over the nozzles. Stainless steel retaining clips, NOT SHOWN, hold the rail in place. Rails have 1/8 NPT ports on each end and in the bottom center for either linking the rails together or connecting a pressure transducer for data logging. All you have to do it machine your 1/8 NPT ports on the mill spaced at 4.40” to use this new direct port system.

Finished rails will be 1/4” shorter than 3D printed rails. They will come with ultra fine matte sand blasted finish removing all machinng marks. Radius edges. Black hard coat anodized with ProMeth logo engraved on them.
