For years, students at Ratu Naivalu Memorial School in Fiji only had electricity for a few hours a day.

That meant limited lighting, limited technology, and limited opportunities once the generators shut off.

Through a partnership with Its Time Foundation, we were able to help bring battery storage technology to the school — creating reliable 24-hour power for students and teachers.

Now, classrooms have access to laptops, Smart TVs, internet connectivity, and brighter learning spaces. Teachers can finally teach to their fullest potential, while money once spent on diesel fuel can now go back into educational resources for students.

Even more inspiring? The installation was completed by the Pacific’s first all-female solar installation team — showing young girls in the community what’s possible in STEM and skilled trades.

This is what happens when clean energy powers more than buildings. It powers futures.
