It is with heavy hearts and much discussion as a family, that with the timing of loosing our only motor for our Pro Challenge car; that the timing is right to take a break from owning and operating our race team. There is really no real possible way financially to get back to to racing this season and with Football and impending college visits for Brock, the timing while not ideal, has come. Friends family, and supporters of the boys over the last 9 years has been something I never dreamed possible. From Region 9 Quarter Midgets, to bringing my dream of Bandoleros back to the Pacific Northwest, racing at tracks like Hermiston, Wenatchee, Stateline and even the big Spokane half mile. Followed by a crazy cross country move to Pensacola, Florida and moving to full size cars on the likes of the Iconic 5 Flags Speedway and racing in 2 Snowball Derbys. Then into an ultra exciting Pro Challenge car at Sunny South Raceway. The memories will last forever. While this is not good bye, this is a we will see y'all on the other side of the fence, or crewing with some great drivers when the time is right.

Thanks to Pensacola Rubber and Gaskets for again coming through and getting us a new fuel cell line so we can finish the install of our new RCI fuel cell and race tomorrow night at 5 Flags Speedway for kids bike races night. Now four our big announcement, we have teamed with Thor Swenson and his son Luc and Lucs non profit, the I Love This Life Foundation, his HOLO shoe line and Camp HOLO. We are excited to see what this anti-bullying campaign can become here in the Florida Panhandle.

I have been waiting to post this regarding racing this season, but since we should be at 5 Flags Speedway tonight and we are not, I will go ahead with this post. Brock is not only a racer, he is also a Freshman in High School, a straight "A" Honor student, as well as being very actively involved in Sports, Community and Church. With that said, this season will have many conflicts, such as tonight's race and next weeks race also have Football scrimmages. This Season will be limited and not interfere with Brock's being a High Schooler. After a team and family discussion, it was agreed these 4 years only happen once, and racing will always be there. We thank all of our fans and supporters from the bottom of our hearts. To our fellow racers, thank you for the respect you have shown and to the few of you who know our decision moving forward, thank you for the lending of an ear and your thoughts. Do not worry he is still as strong of a competitor as always, and still loves to race, we are focused on a lot of practice and racing when the schedule is free in preparation for the Snowball Derby in December.
