Zitzman Elementary

Today, our 2nd grade students enjoyed a fun and healthy food demonstration! Students learned about a variety of fruits and vegetables, including how each one helps keep their bodies strong and healthy.

To top off the lesson, students got creative by using bananas and pretzels to make adorable butterfly snacks. It was a hands-on way to learn about healthy eating while having lots of fun!

Week 2 of Zitzman Summer Discovery was a success! ☀️

Congratulations to the 121 students who had perfect attendance this week! 🎉 To celebrate, 10 students from each grade level were randomly selected to enjoy a popsicle with extra recess.
