The Star Within

Sound for me has always been a healer for me.

Going back to when I had my first walkman at 10 years old and endlessly replayed Avril Lavigne's record Under My Skin and the array of discs that got added to my collection over the years...

To finally committing to embracing songwriting in 2020 after learning enough music theory from piano classes to be able to take off with it...

To even saying yes to the tremendous unfoldment through embracing sound healing. I'm someone who quite literally was walking through the world with a shut down voice and felt alone in that experience.

Again and again sound continues to open me up and I'm committed to sharing that energy for those who are ready to receive it!

Tomorrow, October 3, I'm hosting another round of community sound healing at Craftsman Coffee in Pacifica. If you'd like to take part, this is your cue to do so! It's at 6 p.m. and it's bring your own mat.

Then we'll take some time to connect, set intentions, and get settled before we immerse ourselves in the soundscape. Let's gift ourselves a deep reset.

But Steven!!! I don't want to forgive, [x person] wronged me, so what's even the point of taking your class?

Phew! So juicy!!! But my class DOESN'T guarantee you that you will reach or achieve forgiveness by the end of it. Shocker!

Why? Because forgiveness is a process we CANNOT and I repeat cannot force or coerce ourselves into.

The work we do in this container is the work of getting genuinely curious as to where you are on your "journey" of forgiveness.

Is it resentment? We meet you there. Grief or denial? We meet you there. Possibility? Great.

What is more important to me in this class is that you get a really good big picture view of where YOU ARE on your path to forgiveness as well as the tools to help you feel supported in navigating your process WITH EASE. Tools to literally help anchor you back into your body and energy and ultimately beyond the stories your ego continues to tell about all the things you continue to hold tension, pain, and obsession over.

Contrary to what it may seem, forgiveness is an inner job, not something based on external conditions!!! It is truly the work of untangling patterns and freeing your energy. 🦋💙

During this 4 week series, we'll use journaling prompts, archetypal work, affirmations, meditation, and energetic transmissions to gain a more holistic view of where we are on our path to forgiveness toward others or ourselves and ways we can usher ourselves into our next part of the process with the utmost ease and confidence.

Worksheets and a 30-minute one-on-one integration with me included.
