Replaced the waste and overflow on this tub, after doing so noticed a leak a few fittings back. Replaced all the rusted threaded connections with DWV plastic!
Customers electric bill was higher than normal, the heater was constantly running due to losing water constantly.

What do you do if your drains are backed up into your home?
The answer is, find the clean out that should be installed within 2 foot from the outside of your house.
This clean out was approximately 6” below grade, time for schedule 40 and a two way tee for ease of access for the future!
