May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Since 1949, Mental Health America has led this initiative with a theme to educate the public and minimize misconceptions about our mental health and wellbeing.
In 2026 we share this year’s theme to create more good days together. Not perfect days. Not easy days. Just meaningful moments of support, hope, and human connection maybe by sharing a coffee with a friend, taking a walk outside and talking about what you’ve been carrying. Choosing connection instead of isolation.
