Hi there! My name is Blue, and I am a 9-year-old bull terrier mix who absolutely loves being outside and playing in the water. I thrive on being around people and enjoying their company. Currently, I find myself back at the rescue after a few failed attempts at finding a forever home. What I truly desire is a retirement home with a big yard and plenty of space to play. I dream of a place where I can spend my days sleeping and playing, without the presence of other dogs, just me and you.

I am a pretty laid-back dog who enjoys simply hanging out with my human companions. The stressful environment of the rescue makes me anxious, and I tend to whine a lot, but all I really want is a loving home to call my own. My name is Charlie, and I want a home so bad, I’ve been waiting for a person who is looking for a dog like me, so I can see what a home is like. I’m the handsome brown boy weighing around 75lbs, and about 3years old, they say me and my brother are a Rottweiler mix, but who knows! Everyone always says my tail is wagging all the time and I’m always ready to make everyone laugh with how silly i am! When someone offers to rub my belly I run as fast as I can and lay down right in front of you, that’s why Belly rubs are our absolute favorite, cause I will melt into a puddle when you scratch me! Im also a food enthusiast, and I am more than willing to share treats with you and your family. You may notice my brother in these pictures and while we would love to find a home where we can stay together, we understand that it might not always be possible. We have a strong bond, but we are adaptable and can adjust to being separated if it means finding our forever families. What matters most to us is finding a loving and caring home where we can be cherished and showered with love.

Jett, the sweetest gentle giant ever, is a wonderful companion looking for his forever home. At around 4 years old and weighing in at 80lbs, he is a mix of American Pitbull Terrier and American Bulldog. With his striking appearance and loving nature, Jett captures the hearts of everyone he meets.
One of Jett's favorite pastimes is accompanying volunteers to outdoor restaurants, where he happily greets numerous people and spreads joy with his friendly demeanor. However, it's important to note that Jett is dog selective, meaning he has a few canine friends but may require a meet and greet with your current dog to ensure compatibility.
In addition to his affectionate personality, Jett is incredibly intelligent. He already knows how to sit and is always eager to learn new tricks, especially if tasty treats are involved.
When it comes to playtime, Jett's energy and enthusiasm shine through. He absolutely loves playing fetch and engaging in a spirited game of tug of war.

This old and very loving dog needs a home where he can find peace and warmth for the rest of his days:
Samurai’s story is near and dear to our hearts. We love this boy so much and he has such a sad story: Back in 2017 a family came to Nala’s New Life Rescue and asked if we could help board their two dogs Missy and Samurai while they were moving, and hopefully getting into a new home. But time went by and they never came back for their dogs.

Missy and Samurai were very bonded, so we could not find a home for these 2 large dogs, but they adapted well to life in the shelter as long as they were together. In 2019 with great sadness, we lost Missy to cancer. For the last 2 years, Samurai has been in a foster home, and he was very happy there, but due to unforeseen circumstances (through no fault of the foster) Samurai had come back to the rescue.
Samurai is 11 years old now. He’s a beautiful boxer/pitt mix and around 75lbs of pure LOVE. He loves every human he meets and is great with kids. He has an amazing adoring personality, a staff favorite for his calm and sweet demeanor. Samurai’s favorite thing is his toys! He loves to play fetch, but for an older boy, he can’t do much of it before he needs to take a nap. Samurai is very affectionate so if you’re looking for a companion to cuddle up with, he is perfect! The only reason we have had a hard time placing Samurai is that he needs to be the only dog in the home, other than that, he’s perfect!❤️
