π― G - Generate the Plan, include relevant Leaders so that Strategic Goals meaningfully connect to Company OKRs; cross-functionally cognizant & laddering down to each Department's OKRs for increased impact, and crucial Employee engagement
π― O - Outline the Plan with relevant stakeholders - [Board] and Employees for [approval and] alignment of Department OKRs to Individual OKRs
π― A - Activate the Plan
π― L - Look over progress, at all levels - Use existing Manager 1:1s & Check-Ins to monitor Individuals' progress. Schedule [Monthly or Quarterly] OKR Review Meetings to track momentum at Dept/Org level
