We’re thrilled to announce that Sandcliff has been officially listed in the National Register of Historic Places — the first multi-family historic district in Palm Springs to receive this distinction!

Our community was already recognized by the City of Palm Springs as a Historic District in 2016, and now this national designation celebrates our unique place in mid-century history.

Built between 1960–1964, Sandcliff is an iconic example of desert modern garden apartment living — combining leisure, affordability, and timeless design. From our decorative screen block walls to our mountain-view patios, every detail honors the vision of 1960s Palm Springs.
