It's not just a License, it's devotion and commitment. It's hours of studying into 1 to 2 AM after putting baby to bed everyday for the last 7 months to assure a solid knowledge of aspects, including legal and principles. It's weekends and weekends going to open houses to learn from other . It's the self-experiment, self-challenge going through buy and sell transactions on our own to understand the dynamics of deals from both buyers, sellers and agents' perspectives.
Thank so much to my husband and our little son for being such a big part in the achievement of the License!
Thanks a lot to all the instructors, classmates, study group members, realtor friends for all the knowledge and experience sharing!
I can't wait till I can officially enter the playground and have fun with the clients and customers, play hard and play smart in selling and buying their homes!
