With no racing this weekend, we recap what all went down on the July 4th weekend. Kinna and Mikayla both went into the second round on July 4th race and we were able to get the vette into the semi finals before breaking out and ending the day in 3rd. Jr day Friday was a busy one but both girls went out early in eliminations but the highlight of the day was Bubba getting back in his car and making passes. The first two made him a little nervous but after that it was pedal to the metal the next 4 passes. With those passes, he’s finally able to get his license so he’ll start racing others after his bday at the end of the month. Circle track day rained out on Saturday. Sunday was another fun filled day. Justin got a couple more passes in his car and both girls went out early as well. The vette held its own again before red lighting against Andy Ziegler in the semi finals ending our day in 3rd once again. Congrats goes out to Andy for following through and winning the day! Maitnence and rest this weekend and we’ll see everyone back out at Alaska Raceway Park on July 20th.
